Fun/Busy Weekend

This weekend Brian and I helped out with the Tennessee Senior Olympics. We have helped out for several years and it is so much fun each time. It is so neat to watch these individuals 50 years old and up participate in all different sports. We helped with the Softball Throw and then I stayed and helped with some of the track events as well. I hope when I'm this age I can still do what these folks can do. We had a gentleman that is 95 yrs old participate in the softball throw - if I had not known his age I wouldn't have thought he was 95. I truly believe that staying active and exercise will help in all areas of your life.
